PinG JiE went home straight after sch coz she dun haf the mood to go arcade wif us..
Juz when she was being psychoed by NaNa, HOng Mama called mi n ask mi where were we n agreed to meet us at PS later, (o.O)
He dressed in black collar t wif cream color khaki pants holdin a plastic bag frm kinokuniya..
went to play 2 games..i got the top score for ai ni remix while nana got for xing fu de di tu.. =D after dat we went walkin ard n NaNa wanz to eat (--") while i still dun haf the mood..
den we went Pasta, Burger King, Mos, Mac, KFC but all is either not to my taste or not to NaNa's coz she can't eat fried food *sorethroat*
den i suggested Swensens..ordered fries, deep fried mushroom, a grilled fish sambal n topless 5 *thin mint, sticky chewy chocolate, chocolate, cookies n cream and chocolate chip* though it's ice cream but.....er.....sumhow today i dun haf the mood to realli enjoy the ice cream to da fullest coz PinG JiE's not here.. ><
New discoveries ->
1) HonG MaMa is veri quick in drinkin water..he can drink 4 glasses while i'm still struck wif 1
2) saw the PDA he's usin
3) HonG MaMa looks slimmer *shhh! later he becum proud again*
4) i sumhoe felt dat HonG MaMa is the giant version of Li Li JiE coz he got blushy colored cheeks. =P

After eatin, i requested to play 1 game b4 goin home n HonG MaMa let mi play + i managed to psycho him to play wif mi! WooW! =D
Upon reachin the mrt, we decided to take the purple line to outram den transfer to jurong so dat we can acc HonG MaMa for a while more mahx...But too bad our train came 1st n we bid gd bye to HonG MaMa.. juz after we stepped into the train, he's like vanished into the air *i know dat's impossible for him =X* BUT!!!!!!! he realli went missin! o.O! looks like cinderella's fairy godmother - a magic wand - long white hair tied into a bundle.

It was 11pm at nite n i'm on my way to bed as tml's acc + i onli got 2 members in hand so i nid to haf more rest right?! n furthermore for the past 2 wks, i seriously lack of slp... (x.x)zZ juz when i'm abt to offline...siaO siaO biaO Yi *PinG JiE corrected mi coz i tot is BiaO Ma* =X

She broke the previous top scorer record n took a pic wif her sis! wow! i muz beat her sumday! She asked mi to gif her sum ideas on how to write for her rj n meanwhile she went to rest..
after restin for 20 mins, she gave up in writin rj coz ShaR BiaO JiE went offline + she's too tired to tink so..she asked mi to help her write!! while i havent had acc lesson yet.. she said nvm, juz produce sum words n she sent mi her ppt for reference..i took an hr to go thru n understand abit

Looking at the different investment methods available, which one will you advice Antonio to choose? Explain your answer with 2 reasons.
As known to all that, there's types of investments such as long term investment, current investment, revenues from investments and even transfers of investments which each has a common aim that is to allow investors earn more money..But..each of them varies in the ways profit is made, duration taken and risks being involved. In Antonio's case, first I would identify what he can invest in..
-purchase another shop unit
->shares of companies
->unit trusts
->bonds funds
->government securities
I think that after reviewing through the "requirements" that he might want, I would choose the long term investment method as Antonio's shop has just opened for a few months which I think long term investment contains lower risks and it's not greatly affect by the market value which may affect your income (due to the increases/decreases in carrying amount) and furthermore such transactions would not make any changes to the company's economic position while the revaluation method in the long term investment requires shares to be revalued in order to reflect the value of underlying net assets and investment properties that can be carried to reflect the open market's value of the real underlying properties and in FRS 25, it will requires an increase to carry the amount that arise from revaluation to be credited directly to shareholders' funds.
The 2nd reason is because the shop has just opened not for long thus, we can assumed that they would want to continue earning money on a long term basis which wil most likely be held more than a year and might affect your invested revenue that changes according to market value that's ever changing (affects current investment) and the inflation risk for it will be high as current investment only has 12 months for your rate of return to be high enough to offset the inflation that might cost you to lose more instead of earn.
